I've blocked them, and as far as I can tell have not liked/followed them or anything, yet still getting notifications.

Edit: The notifications are of random unrelated people commenting on pictures and posts. I can unfollow the individual posts, but there's a hell of a lot, why are they set to 'follow' by default? how do I turn this off?
