Limerick - Rush Hour traffic

    Anyone know what time in the morning the traffic picks up leaving limerick on R445 at coonagh roundabout ?

    It was pretty heavy at 7:30am, I'm looking to find a quiet window early for a spin weekdays and NRA have been no use

    What route are you taking and how far are you going? R445 is the old Dublin road right? Out to Nenagh?

    it also goes from tesco coonagh roundabout to radisson hotel, Im trying to avoid morning rush but traffic was heavy even at 7:30am
