This one is bugging me big time. Missus is in her 30's, doing her accounting qualifications (ACA), got a degree over 10 years ago in accountancy. she's working as office manager but want to change her job to accounting position (without it she cant get fully qualified). she goes for interviews and what she usually hears is that she doesnt have enought experience (for trainee position???) or that she is over qualified... this is going on for months and months. she doesnt mind what she'd get paid - she just wants to get some experience for couple of years and then move on. she's going into 3rd year at college, she gets all exams passed. she's not getting the highest marks (as when she was doing degree) but she works 40+ hrs per week and uses her hols for studying and exams so it's pretty tough on her. the life is a bit of a nightmare because of that as well but i suppose i learnd to live with this.
would anyone have any suggestions for her? possibly someone who went through similar route?
