    Hi,

Anyone know a good auto locksmith who could cut my Focus key and program it to the immobiliser (PATS II)?

Would the Ford dealership do it cheaper?

Lock doctor would do it. As for Ford being cheaper, no idea, but do check them out.
If you have 2 keys already I think you can program a third by yourself.

    Edit:
You don't even need 2 keys, you can program it yourself! All you need is the key cut, this should save a few quid, I'll post something in a while.
    Sadly not.

    Edit 2:
Sorry, I spoke too soon, you can program a remote quite easily, but not the key. If you already have 2 keys, you can program a third quite easily.

Yeah I got the key cut at local hardware shop, programmed the key for central locking but it won't start the car because the immobiliser doesn't recognise the key.

Will just bring it to a dealership and ask them to code it :)

Well, you can still check Lock Doctor.

Brought the key to Ford at Newland's Cross, they programmed it for 59.99 :)

The good news is, now you can program more keys using the two keys you have.:P
