Google Chrome Deleted Bookmark Recovery

Is there any way to restore a deleted folder of Bookmarks I had saved on Chrome? I tried doing it the way of searching for the back-up file but in a panic I re-opened Chrome and now that file is gone. Is there another method to recover this folder or is it erased for good?
