How long could you live without technology ?. If you tried it, honestly how long could you last.

Over the summer I attempted this. To live without the internet, Phones, Laptops, Games ect.

All i had for entertainment was books, radio, newspapers and actually going out with friends. Now tbh i felt great. But i also had withdrawal symptoms, and I realised how badly i need technology.

Having Vodafone wifi is fairly good practice for learning to live without the internet :/

Though couldn't live without radio as I'd crack up talking to meself the whole time

It really is not that hard. When we go on the big family holiday I move the sim in to an old nokia and enjoy life with no emails, internet etc for a couple of weeks. It is kind of liberating!

I've news for you. Radio is technology and newspapers are produced using technology. Your dinner is cooked using technology. The car and bus are technology.

Perhaps you could define technology. Do you just mean the internet and a mobile phone? If so, I could live the rest of my life without them if I had to.

About forty years was the maximum for our stone-age ancestors, but they had early axe and arrow technology, so maybe that doesn't count. Not sure what the life-span was before that. I'd be OK without sliced bread, but I find it tough to manage without the wheel. :)
