Turkish A330 in Kathmandu

I noticed the Turkish A330 that had a nose gear collapse in March is still sitting in Kathmandu off to the side, propped up. The name and logo has been covered over. Does anyone know the extent of the damage and when it will be back in the air? Would Turkish have enough aircraft to cover loosing a A330 for several months?

As far as i'm aware the aircraft is a write off even though it was less than a year old. It will be parted out there.

Wow, didn't look that damaged but was quite far away. Any reports out for the cause yet?

Ha no, I'm in Kathmandu at the moment and saw it at the airport on way in. Along side tonnes of aid 'stuck in customs'
