Skin tag?

Poor Bailey :o I thought he had a bit of dirt caught in the fur around his muzzle and tried to pull it off but it's actually what looks like a tiny skin tag - ooops! As usual something crops up days after we've been in the vets for a routine check-up! Do I need to do anything or just monitor it for now (i'll take a photo for reference)?

I'm not worried that it's related to jaw gate or anything like that btw!

My retriever has one on his muzzle and another tiny one on his eye lid. Our vet says it's nothing to worry about :)

Three weeks ago our little Alfie had what looked exactly like a skin tag behind his ear. Straight to the vets (Mommy worries if he sneezes!!) It turned out to be a tick, little guy getting hugely fat by feeding on my baby..yuck.

Personally, I would not take any chances and have the vet check it out for peace of mind.
    Good luck!

It's definitely not a tick - thank god!! I'm not one to take chances but I'm going to hold off on this for now and see what happens.
