According to their website Starbucks open at 7.00 am. They are in Princes Street near the English Market and also on Opera Lane - at the end near Emmet Place.

There's an internet cafe (Webworkhouse) on on Winthrop St (near Gino's) - open 24 hours (http://www.webworkhouse.com/cafe-eco/

I usually go in here before 7am before I catch a bus to work. The coffee is GOOD, and the treats & snacks come from Eco's restaurant.

The Bookshelf on South Mall/Pembroke Street opens at 07.30. One of the better coffee shops in Cork.
