Credit on Electric Ireland account

    Hi

    I went to check my bill online and it seems that I have credit on the account.
    I am totally confused by that, since I don't know how I managed to get the credit?
    I would be grateful if someone could look into it please?

    If you send us the following details by private message we would be happy to look into this for you:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
