    Folks
    My OH is heading off on a 3 week business trip and there is nothing worth watching on TV. Any suggestions on a series or 2 I could get into whole he's away?
    Currently watching the strain, zoo and Helix. Love z nation but don't think the next series is out yet. Might try I zombie. Anything else? I love medical stuff (cdc emergencies) that kind of thing. Thanks

    The Last Ship should be right up your alley. Virus outbreak, scrambling for cure, lots of action. Season 2 just finished (and was brilliant).

    Z-Nation Season 2 started at the weekend, BTW (in the States).

    Another one I really liked along that vein was Regenesis. That's going back a bit (2004-2008, 4 seasons), but it was excellent.

    My dad loves the last ship. I missed the start of it so didn't bother getting into it. Will get onto that later! Knew z nation was starting soon so thanks. Will check out the other one too!
