Picked this up myself there yesterday and had some good fun with it.

I am thinking about a tactic for breaching into a bomb position.

We could pick a time on the clock so that we can breach simultaneously. I notice many people breach one at a time and defenders pick them off one by one.

Example, multiple breach at 1:50 on the clock. Its much more difficult for defenders to handle a team coming in from varies angles.

On PC Z key sticks on the 3 second timer.

Very handy for coordinated breach.

Nice tactic that Logic and bros came up with last night for hostage rescue. If you are defending take cover behind the hostage. Many times the rescuers killed the hostage during a breach trying to shoot at one of us behind a hostage.

Only thing that really pisses me off with this is that if the person hosting the game dies early and leaves the rest of the party is tits up....really stupid. Alot of new guys playing that are hosting run up to a door kick it in and dead within 30 secs......therefore leave to start a new game and the rest of the team is FCUKED!

Really loving it even with the odd disconnection and bug, up to lvl 20 now for the ranked play.

What 1 little fúcker was doing yesterday was driving his little drone at the start of the game in between the hostages legs so if we tried to shoot it we'd probably hurt the hostage too, what a prick :pac:

What does everybody make of terrorist hunt on Realistic? Hostage defend is a nightmare! Tried with some friends last night and got absolutely caned by the AI.

I need to avoid hostage mode.

I've gassed the hostage as a defender playing smoke and blew them up breaching too close to them or simply shot them in the confusion.

So no hostage is safe near me.

Though on the flip side. once we were down to 2 defenders vs 5 attackers and one of the attackers chucked a grenade in killing the hostage. very much a *phew* moment for us.

They rarely seem to come out of these games in one piece.

We switched back to hard mode which is still crazy hard. We played realistic in the beta but in the launch version they put up the intensity of realistic even more.

Why couldn't they just leave it as simple Terrorist Hunt! Much more intense than the beta version. Still, I like a challenge.

Great weekend of games alright! Now that we are above level 20 playing Ranked games seems to be great. First to 5 rounds as opposed to first to 3 rounds in casual. Players seem to really want to play properly and the games just seem to be better.

Did get my ass kicked quite a bit though

I am still finding it difficult to sit down after that ass whooping lol.

There is definitely a higher level of play going on in the ranked playlist which is to be expected. I learnt a lot tonight from watching some very sneaky enemies.

In the brightness settings is anyone finding it difficult to show the logo on both sides of the test area. In some spots I am finding it difficult to see enemies but they seem to see me very easily.

I like the way the ranked playlist has a reconnection option for anyone that gets disconnected during a match. That's not there in the casual playlist.

Not finding any middle ground the last 2 days either destroying teams with 3 plus alive to being annilahted by the same.

Starting to find some nice tactics.
