had a neighbour asking me today do you need cattle to quslify for glas my understanding is that for anc/glas you need to be classified as active in this case wouldn't donkeys qualify him for the few acres he has? all i see in the T&C is "Be the holder of an active herd number with Herd Owner Status. Herd Keeper is not…
