Need some tech help for a Samsung Galaxy s4 on meteor

    Hi just wondering if someone can help me I factory rest my Samsung Galaxy s4 the other day and since then the phone won't connect to meteor...
    It is recognising the sim as I have to put in my pin however it says either invalid sim or no serive and in status says network disconnected!

    I've tried selecting the network manually and rebooting the system etc.
    Can anyone else give me some info on what to do

    Any chance the SIM is in backwards?

    Turn off your phone,
    -Hold the power button, home button and Vol Up button until you see the phone boot into recovery.

    -Use the volume keys to navigate to "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" and select it with the power button.

    -It'll ask if you are sure, just navigate to "Yes" and wait until it's done.

    -It'll then say "Success" or something similar, then just select "Reboot System Now" and it'll start again from fresh.

    Yeah I've done this a number of times still nothing

    I have had the same problem with a tesco simply goto settings. More Networks. Mobile Networks. Select Manually.
