Hi I am trying to decide what courses I would like to study after LC and is anybody studying this course at CIT? I just want to know what the qualification opens up in terms of career. I am interested in food and nutrition as I do biology and Home Ec and the area interests me. Is this a recognised course in it's own right or are there follow on courses/work experience needed afterwards?
