called to an exhaust centre today after about a week of the yellow exhaust light on the dash lighting ..being noisy and losing power. Mechanic said it looked like it was the seam on the converter that was leaking and he would try doing a fix next week either with a weld or isopan as a short term soluation as im short of…

seen an ad for a lad scrapping a 2001 golf. would it be worth seeing if he had one or is not worth the bother ...how much might it cost ?
