Where do you get the "Bord Bia Book"

Just wondering where can the Bord Bia Book be got
I found this link

But I recon that it would be a dose to print off and I don't just want another pile of loose pages

I had a look at Bord Bia website and could not see a relevant link

I rang up Glambia ( lab ) and they have them so sorted

Send away for bord bia quality assurence and they will send the book out to you

Did not find Bord Bia no
Glanbia are doing a preliminary check ie they visit to highlight where you might be going wrong they also test your water supply
If you are Glanbia supplier ring them and they will send out a special pack including that book and safety booklet - and also a help booklet
(I think I might have gotten this pack way backwhen the scheme was first announced but I suppose I filed it safely away somewhere (lost)
