Hi all. I have a lot of brown bread to bake today and only a small oven. My question is this. If I make up the batter for the whole amount and can only fit half of it in the oven at a time, will the other half be okay when I go to cook it an hour after its all mixed together?

Fill all the bread tins, put what will fit in the oven, cover the rest with clingfilm to stop it drying out, it will be grand. Give it a stir before putting it in the oven after it's been sitting around.
