    Hi,

I'm working through a agency for a company and I've been offered a full time job so I'm starting this Monday but they new employer needs my P45 but the agency told me I won't get it until end of next week's wages but I don't want to be emergency taxed by my employer, is there any way I could get P45 details by ringing the Tax office or something??

Register your new employment with the tax office. You'll need your new employer's registered number. Then ask the tax office to split your credits so that you have enough to cover you with both employment's so as to avoid emergency tax.

After you receive your last pay and p45 from the employer you are finishing up with, you can then contact the tax office again to transfer all credits to your new employer.
