Self-drive minibus hire on Christmas day

    Hi guys,

    I have a standard driving license so I am not sure about what size minibus I am allowed to drive.

    I am looking for something I can hire to use to pick up family etc on Christmas day.

    Category B (assuming this is what you mean by a standard license, i.e. one for a car) will allow you drive a vehicle with seats for up to 8 passengers, so that's your limit. Can't help with suggestions of vehicles or vendors, though if you give your (rough!) location someone might be able to advise.

    Hire a minibus and driver. I am sure that could be arranged if you book well enough in advance. Saves all the hassle. And they could do two trips to deliver your family if necessary. And bring them back too!

    I am assuming family are all within the same general area.

    A lot of the airport car rental places will have 7/8 seaters available.
