Bit of a noob at this,
any of those pedals fit onto a Giant Defy 3 and be suitable for a pair of shoes like this?

They have 2 screws on the sole of the shoe, also i'll need the cleats that screw into the show.

The A520s were the only ones that would work with SPD shoes like that, and it looks like the OP has sold them.

Yes, that's correct.

The A520's (which are sold) are mtb type spd's, the cleats for which fit on the Aldi shoes linked above

The remaining ones I have are SPD-SL or road type - the cleat for which is a larger, plastic triangular shape, which fits on a flat soled road shoe
