I applied to Airtricity for a role as a Customer Service Advisor and have now been called for an assessment on Friday. The assessment will cover
Group Assessment, Interview, Phone Skills Assessment and Psychometric Testing (verbal and numerical reasoning)
    .

Has anyone been through one of these assessments with Airtricity before, or even something similar? It's not something I have any experience of as all interviews I have been to previously have been one on one.

It's been some time since I have worked so I would greatly appreciate any advice given.

    INB4 don't work for Airtricity :P

Hey, I have that interview as well!
Not sure how they'll assess phone skills, unless it's through a role play.
Psychometric assessments are usually multiple choice so it should be grand, just sounds worse than it actually is
