New Bands for Rockathon Festival 2016! Apply within

    Ireland's RockathonFestival 2016 are looking for applications / expressions of interest from new up and coming rock bands to participate in "Battle of the Bands" competitions which will be run countrywide running up to next years Rockathon festival 2016. We are encouraging new bands with new material to apply for this fantastic opportunity!!

    * It is proposed that an eventual winner will play a 1.5 hrs set on main stage during the Rockathon festival in 2016 and also secure Studio Recording time.

    * For 4 Runners up- the chance to play a 1 hour set at the "unplugged stage" at Rockathon 2016. This stage proved extremely popular at this year's Rockathon!



    All interested Bands should send us an email to " rockathon2016 @ gmail .com " (pls remove spaces in the email address) with their details under the following headings below!

    1. Band name

    2. Band location

    3. Music style

    4. Brief Band bio - Short history of the band

    5. Band signed status - have you previously attracted attention from labels etc.

    6. Band gig history - brief history of gig venues etc.

    7. Demo tape - Do you have any demo recordings, Facebook, Soundcloud, Youtube etc.

    8. Picture - Attach any Picture or Band Logo for your band.

    9. Social media - Links to any band pages on Facebook, Youtube etc.

    The deadline for applications is November 30th 2015.
