Anyone in Dundalk (Bay Estate) getting issues with their profiles with Digiweb. I was syncing at 102/20 for the last few months and both myself and my neighbour have had our profiles now syncing at 70/20 and the Max DSLAM on the profile is still 102. I've tried with Digiweb to get it sorted but they cannot see an issue.…

Anyone in Dundalk (Bay Estate) getting issues with their profiles with Digiweb.

I was syncing at 102/20 for the last few months and both myself and my neighbour have had our profiles now syncing at 70/20 and the Max DSLAM on the profile is still 102.

I've tried with Digiweb to get it sorted but they cannot see an issue.

There must be some reason why I am syncing 30MB below what I had on Saturday..

This happened before and the cabinet had to have a visit from the eircom engineer.
