    Great spin in North Clare this sat.12th Sept .See www.tlc4cf.com ,into fundrasinig-events/ north Clare cycle to see details etc. Great event for great cause and locals put a lot into this to make it great spin.

    I'm signed up for the 100k. I did the 70k last year and it was my favourite spin of the year. Fab scenery and so well organised. The weather last year was glorious, hopefully it will be ok on Saturday.

    I hope they get great support again because the money goes to such a worthy cause and they are tireless in their fundraising.
