    is glas suppose to open in September for the second round if you didnt get application in first time round?

    They are saying end of October, not official released yet.

    Early October they are saying, again not official. Can't understand how they can't announce some dates.

    Again you would think they would have a tab on agfood with your application status since its such a major scheme to so many farmers.

    you don't have to but it's one of the other measures you can do on that parcel

    the harrier ground must be stook proof though

    AFAIK you automatically get into the higher tier GLAS on HH ground without any other measures being required beyond maintaining an appropirate grazing regime.
