How to redeem code from scan.co.uk purchase?

Got my new GPU and don't seem to have a code for MGS V even though I can see it on the invoice. Any ideas where I find this code? Or how I redeem the game? It looks like I've serial numbers for the GPU and game but the NVIDIA site is looking for a coupon?

Email scan and adk them for your code. Tell them its not in the box.
