Ive recently had my screen begin to become shaded like its some what burned. I've seen articles online that say to use a "screen & test fix" app that flashes colours on the screen but this hasnt helped.
Heres a pic of the burn, it was smaller but about a week ago it got larger. It also seems smaller on the white background than the blue background.

I've had my S4 for about 2 and half years so theres no warranty or insurance on it. I've also checked the battery for any signs of swelling and it appears fine but it does seem to drain quickly and sometimes not charge above 60%.

Does anyone have experience with this screen issue or can it be rectified in anyway.

Thanks in advance for any help :)

I had similar before and it was the result of an impact. (The fix was I dropped it again and completely broke the screen and had to get it replaced...)

Did some further reading and think one of the screens behind is cracked, I tried the screen flashing fix mentioned above all night for approx 8/9 hours and no change.

Think I may stick it out until it gets worse or too annoying!

I kept using it for ages, and it never got worse (until I dropped it again!)
