    I don't think this is possible anymore, regardless of dish size.
    Astra 2E has a tightly focussed beam over the Uk and doesn't extend as far south as Portugal for Freesat (BBC, Channel 4, 5, ITV etc.)
    You should get the channels on the Europe beam (MTV, Discovery, Sky Sports etc.) with an 80cm dish.
