lights flickering

Hi, My lights start to flicker when my heat pump comes on, to heat the water or radiators. Only the gu10 bulbs on dimmer switches flicker. The are dimmable led bulbs and they are led dimmer switches. I have gu10 leds through standard on/off switches which are fine. Anyone else had a similar issue?
