    Hey hey,

Just wondering what everyone's favourite snacks to grab and go are?

Luckily these days most shops have something we can grab if we get stuck for something,

I find myself grabbing, Nakd bars are delish and I think pretty much all are vegan.
Cliff bars & Trek bars have a lot of vegan ones too and are high in protein, M&S are pretty handy for their salads and carrots/hummus dip.

Pretty much the same, trek bars and nakd bars. Lovely stuff! Often on sale at H&B.

I like the H&B flapjack ones because they're huge and usually 2 for €2, and the vegan ones are marked as vegan.

I used to like 9bars then found most had honey in them... :(

yeah there is only 1 that I have had that's vegan, very nice though.

Love those H&B flapjacks! 500 calories a pop ouch, so tasty though.

lentil chips - creamy dill flavoured: http://www.eatreal.co.uk/lentilcreamydill.html - could eat a whole bag in one go so have to be extra vigilant. Available in Tescos and health food shops

They are delicious! The health food shop in Limerick Crescent SC sells them in smaller packets - you could ask your local store to stock them if the large bags are too much of a temptation. :)

Nakd bars probably still my favourite. Liked the peanut trek bars and tried the meridian ones which were alright.

Saw ready pitted dates for €2 in Supervalu earlier but they were pretty naff.

Going hiking for a week on Saturday so have been stocking up on all this stuff this week.

I stock up on nakd bars when Holland and Barrett are doing a deal or there has been a few times when Dunne's have them on special for 63c.

Those cookies are dangerously nice, and always sitting at the till in the Spar around the corner from work.

I've never seen them in Spar! must have a proper look :) My fav so far is the 'naked' cashew bar and the blueberry 'beyond' bar. Out of savoury snacks I love the organic 'go pure' vegetable crisps and lentil crisps tomato & basil flavour <3
