Give Ian of Signal Solutions a ring, he's based in Carrigaline http://www.signalsolutions.tv/

Not sure if he goes out as far as Cloyne but he's worth a try as he will do you a good job.

Ian goes to youghal , good professional service . I used to be in the trade and he is a person I would recommend
