    Thanks got the pic from a Polish site , the guys doing the job for me are Polish and I'm trying to source the brackets for them to do the ceiling for me .

    I found them Gypsum GL9 brackets ,they had them in Cork builders providers.

    Make sure they put plenty of them in tony. They're not really for ceilings (I've only ever done one ceiling in 16 years using them).

    They're actually a bracket for walls for the gypsum gypliner system...sometimes known as close reach. Mostly used on badly built walls to straighten them.

    Also check the fixings they used...please not plastic hammer in ones. You need "dbz" metal hammer in ones. What centres did they put the runners in at?

    Thanks mfceiling, they used the metal ones , They are actually lads I worked with and have done great work so far , It's an old cottage they are helping me with and money is tight so have to make do with some of the options .
