Someone closed my account

    Hi there,
    Hoping I can get some help here as no one seems to know what's going on on the phone line. Registered in march 2015 and have paid my bills since. Hot an emailed bill in the middle of the billing cycle there which was not due. When I called to investigate I was told that I had closed my account . I most certainly did not. After convincing the agent that I had not closed my account he suggested that someone had given the wrong address (ie. my address ) by accident to register and this had automatically generated a final bill for me. In baffled as to how my account can be closed without my conformation . Anyhow, apparently my bill has been cancelled and will not be closed. This still leaves an issue of someone else being registered at my address which no one seems interested in investigating. I am concerned this will affect my grant. Can you follow this up and see what happened here?
