I was going to post this in AH, but thought it best not...
Have you ever had your sexual fantasy fulfilled?
I don't mean if it was with someone famous, but moreso with a fetish / type or certain situation.
If not, do you think it may happen, or will it always just be a fantasy and nothing more?
Would or could you ask your OH to do it, or would you even want to with them?

I've almost had mine fulfilled with my OH, but it wasn't quite the situation I envisaged...that would be a bit more kinky and I think too odd or bizarre for her.
Maybe someday, but for now I'll happily enjoy as far as it goes... maybe it's best not to fully fulfill it?

Never had a threesome, and always kinda wanted to, but I always feel like they'd be a bit of a letdown in real life. Kinda get the feeling that 1 of the 3 would end up feeling neglected or upset at the end (probably me! :P ).

Depends what you mean I guess. I have a ream of sexual fantasies that I never WANT to fulfil. As someone joked earlier in the thread - I would be arrested for many of them if I did. And even if I had it promised to me by some magic that I would "get away with it" I still would not want to make those fantasies real. They belong in my head - I enjoy them in my head - but despite what many people might imagine I have literally 0% desire to ever make them real. I enjoy them not only despite the fact I can never do them - but because I can never do them. They are mine. No one elses.

For various reasons I have discussed sexual fetishes and fantasies with a lot of people. Fulfilled and unfulfilled. And one pattern I have noticed is that the effort one puts into making them happen the way one imagines - is proportional to the degree to which the reality is a let down.

That is to say - the more natural it is the better it is - the more forced or contrived it is the worse it ends up. To the point that some people have been depressed - hurt - or even messed up by the result. Many relationships break down - for example - by over forcing or over planning a threesome with some friend or stranger and then all kinds of emotional messes follow.

The things I would like to do some day I have asked for. Well not asked - so much as described. And - in the light of what I said above - I have made a point of not trying to make them happen or finding ways to make them happen - but of working out signals to run with if and when they look like they might be about to happen.

For example - I am kind of into the idea of the girls being with someone else - or group sex or things like that. Not frequently. A couple of times maybe. But I have no plans to ever make it happen. BUT we also have agreed on a couple of signals should a situation ever arise where it looks like it might happen. So we have a little hidden code for "I am into this person" or for "get me the hell out of here" or for "Do you want to run with this yes or no?" and so forth.

And it has worked well in the past. We have had a couple of "extra curricular activies". not many. Countable on one hand. but each time we saw where things were going - threw a few signals - and rolled with it.

But more often than not when people try to contrive, force, arrange, plan or narrate a sexual fantasy and make it real - it just falls apart - often with bad fall out. So my only general recommendation would be - whatever your sexual fantasy is - do not over think it or over play it - but find a way to nudge it towards reality - and find and maintain a good way to communicate with your people while you do it.

I've had some fulfilled by the OH, but she's not really into it. She's happy to do it and all, but she doesn't get much from it so that kinda takes away from it a bit.
