Looking for help in tackling some NCT failures

I brought my Mazda 323 for the NCT and the failure list is on the end of the image below.

The registration lamps is not my immediate concern for the NCT as it's a pass/advisory.

In terms of the leak, the NCT chap said to get a power washer on the underbody?

Could anyone give me some sort of guidance on how to tackle the other two issues? Are they easy to fix?

You'll need new "drop" links front and rear, easy enough job and not too expensive I've had a mondeo and focus and I changed links on both easily, the gearbox leak could be an issue, power wash the area and see how the bad the leak is,you might get away with just power washing before you go for the re-test.

Thanks for that. Just bought two drop links and it looks handy enough to change. With the gearbox leak, is there any garage Dublin that will pressure wash that area? I'd imagine its difficult to get at with a pressure washer or is it something id be able to do myself?

Can you get underneath? Do you have a pressure washer? If so give it a go and see.
If neither you can google underbody wash in your locality.
