Looking to replace an old plastic tank, getting recommendations to get a steel tank as opposed to plastic. What do you think or have experience of in regard to steel tanks.
Who supplies these nowadays as everything seems to be plastic?

Unless you have very unusual requirements, get a plastic one. Main thing is to install them EXACTLY to instructions.

Please follow site and charter rules. "Resistance is futile"

If it's just for cold water storage then use plastic. But if it's for a heating system, Stove or Back Boiler then it should be a Metal Tank.
