No responses to correspondence sent to IW??

I downloaded the IW registration form in January 2015 and sent the completed form to IW, PO Box 448, South City Delivery Office, Cork on 29/01/2015.

As I had not received any communication by end June, I wrote to IW at same address asking them to confirm the registration - there has been no response.  I further sent a copy of this letter to IW, PO Box 860, South City Delivery Office in late July - again no response.

As my correspondence had been ignored by the outsourced offices, I wrote to The Secretary, IW, Corvill House on 24/08/2015, enclosing the postage verification certificate for my original application and requested details of my account, if registered, to be sent to me in order to avail of the Conservation Grant - I have not received a response thus far.  A postage verification request is available for last letter only.

At this late stage, can you please advise me by PM of name, address and position of some responsible peron in IW to whom I should address this correspondence in order to get the response that I feel I am entitled to.

Hi Niall,

The above appears to be your standard response to all requests for information/clarification etc. - I asked you to PM me the name and address of a responsible person in IW to whom I could address a registered letter, enclosing the ones which I have already sent and not attended to.

I would prefer to deal with the matter in this manner as there is a deadline in relation to registering for the Conservation Grant and I do need a paper trail in the event that my registration with IW has not been effected.

I would be able to confirm your registration via this channel if you could PM your name, address and contact number.

The above postal address (PO Box 860, South City Delivery Office) is our only postal address for customer queries and I do apologise that you received no response to you initial letters. I would be happy to investigate this further once the above details are supplied via PM.
