Hi, just looking for a very rough idea of the above, a 4 bed semi-D house share with:

    -Good internet
    -Gas central heating (rarely used)
    -Electric showers/cooking
    -Basic UPC channels
    -Electricity
-Irish Water these days aswell I suppose

Standard setup as per most house shares in this country really, about how much would you expect your total monthly bills to be in a situation like this?

Ive never seen any bills so I cant judge myself in case you think Im just being lazy...

    -Good internet €15 per month
-Gas central heating (rarely used) €20 per 2 months
    -Electric showers/cooking €50 per 2 months
-Basic UPC channels €25 per month
    -Electricity covered above in showers/cooking
-Irish Water these days aswell I suppose think this is standard €64 per quarter - but not sure on this

above is just my guessing & based on 3 people sharing - above figures I gave is per person

The gas usage will vary a lot over the year. In winter (3 bed detached bungalow) our two month gas bill is about €240, whereas in summer it's about €35. The 2 month electricity bill is always around €120 give or take €5 throughout the year.

Have a weather station?, why not join the Ireland Weather Network - http://irelandweather.eu/

For our place, 3 person houseshare over the last year roughly.

    -Good internet 14 euro each
-Gas central heating (rarely used) average over the year: 5 euro each per month (Basically nothing in summer and a more in the winter)
    -Electric showers/cooking: 15 euro a month
-Basic UPC channels: can vary a lot depending on your deal
    -Electricity : see above
-Irish Water these days aswell I suppose: depends if you have a meter or not

Forgot to ask, any other bills I might be missing there that the average houseshare tenant might be missing?

Think you have pretty much covered everything, TV/Intnernet. Do they have a house phone? Altho this would prob be covered in TV/Internet if they did.
    Electricity, Heating (Gas), Water
maybe bin charges? is it in a complex, would there be management fees?

I don't know if you'll have a monitored alarm or not, but ours is €25 pm.
