Dogs Barking in Mount Andrew Dale

There is one particular house in Mount Andrew Dale where an unfortunate dog is left in the garden for long hours and repeatedly barks.

Numerous neighbours have approached the owner but the owner doesn't care. What to do next? The dog warden has no interest and we must give notice of going to court.

Does anyone have experience of making that court application? Our fear is something happening to the dog due to an owner who has no respect for neighbours.

The dogs barking in Mount Andrew Dale has gone beyond a joke. Owners don't give a crap and we've teenager trying to study for Leaving Cert.

Why do people get dogs just to leave them in the garden??

Call the RSPCA and report the owner.

i think under the control of dogs act you have to inform the owners that you are taking the matter to court. don't think the dog warden has any actual power in this instance.
i feel for the poor dog. to be in a garden all day, possibly alone, no wonder it's barking. hate irresponsible dog owners.

Dogs owners have being aggressive to anyone including ourselves who have asked them to deal with it.

DSPCA said they'd only act if dogs were in distress but somehow barking non stop doesn't constitute being in distress.
