Hi everyone, I'm looking for any opinions on the build quality specifically the soundproofing in either of these estates. I'm looking at 3 bed semi-d houses. I know the area and am happy with all that but coming from a semi-d that must have been built with Lego bricks and has a terrible noise problem I don't want to go…
