Hi I am not sure if anyone can help me or is there anything I can do:

    My Story..

I have been with my current employer full time since Nov 2007. I went on Maternity Leave in June 2013, taking two weeks holidays before I went. I took my 26 wks and then unpaid leave until March 2014. I was/am entitled to my holidays and bank holidays for 2013/14, which I never received.

I returned to work part time on a 3 day week from March - June 2014. In June I damaged tendons in my hand and couldn't work for 11 wks as I couldn't drive there. This wasn't a work place accident. I returned to work in September 2014 - December 2014. I went on maternity leave again at Christmas 2014.

I had my second daughter in January. She has down syndrome so when my maternity leave ended in June 2015 I took carers leave. She has a lot of additional needs so it was feasible to return to work.

When I inquired about carers benefit I was informed I was one wks paid prsi contribution short for 2013 due to being on maternity leave with my first daughter, my employer did not pay me during my mat leave.

Due to the injury I received in 2014 I did not have the 39 wks required in that yr to qualify either. I had a full count of prsi contritions for the yrs preceding 2013.

I asked my employer to amended my p35 for 2013 as I was entitled to holidays while I was on maternity leave which I never received. He would not do so.

I am still waiting on the following:

    Holidays during the period of Maternity Leave/Annual Leave from the 1st June 2013 - 13th December 2013, 26 weeks + 2 weeks. 10 Days
Bank holidays during the period of Maternity Leave 14th June 2013- 13th December 2013. These are the August Bank Holiday and the October Bank Holiday.
    Unpaid Maternity Leave from the 13th December 2013 - 11th March 2014. 12 Weeks and 4 days. 5 days
Bank holidays during the period unpaid Maternity Leave 13th December - 11th March 2014. These are Christmas Day, St Stephens Days and New Years Day.
I was also entitled to 3/5 of any bank holidays that fell after I return to work on the 11th March - 19th June. St Patrick's Day and the May Bank Holiday.
3/5 Bank holidays that fell when I returned from September 2014 - 26th December 2014. These are the October Bank Holiday.
Holidays during the period of Maternity Leave 26th December 2014 - 25th June 2015. 6 days
3/5 of the bank holidays that fell during my Maternity Leave 26th December 2014 - 25th June 2015. These are New Years Day, St. Patricks Day, May Bank Holiday and June bank holiday.

I have send emails and texts. I keep being fobbed off. Am I entitled to my p35 changed and holidays being paid for 2013 that I did not receive? They have a policy of not being allowed to carry holidays.

The only money i have received is 3 days wages 2 wks ago. I presume he didn't pay prsi on this for me either.

We do not qualify for carers allowance as my husband earns over the threshold and they do not take into account the loans we have.

Is there anything I can do?? I am just short the one wks prsi contribution...

(apologies for all the typos, its late and I'm stressed out)

Tbh, it all sounds very messy.

I think you should contact www.workplacerelations.ie and explain the situation to them. They can then tell you your rights and how to go about enforcing them.
