Have you ever been mistaken for something/someone your not ??

I was after working a long shift in work and went in for a pint afterwards and the barman would not serve me because he thought I was drunk because I looked tired.

I would wear similar uniform attire (mostly the working pants) to other companies that I may need to visit and people would come up asking me where that or this is

I was mistaken for a ham sandwich once. Long story...

I was once mistaken for a western lowland gorilla whilst trying to pay for diesel in Glenamaddy.

I once got the spelling and identification of broad beans and green beans mixed up.

2 German kids asked if I was Ashton Kutcher before when I was in Munich.

There's a very, very slight resemblance, but it was a bit ridiculous.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Everyday people mistake me for someone who gives a shít about their MMA training/gym progress/diet. It's uncanny.

I'm always being asked for directions for some reason, no matter where I am. So I guess I get mistaken for a sat nav.
And my kids mistake me for an atm.

How many mistakes? If I'm mistaking I usually stop after a while.

I was in Florence last year admiring Michelangelo's famous 'David' in the Galleria dell'Accademia when I became aware of a group of Chinese tourists staring at me, whispering excitedly amongst themselves, some taking pictures.

For a moment I was puzzled, then I realised what was going on. You see I'm just so supremely handsome and well-built that they naturally assumed I was the work of art! :D
