No mention of tickets for the fight though... and flights alone are up on €560+ so hotel must be super cheap :P

I got Cork-London-Vegas with 14 hour total travel time and staying in NYNY hotel for 700. The short travel and less connecting flights is worth the extra money. Booked on Expedia. I wouldn't give a travel agent a penny.

Yeah, the tickets are the tricky part alright, think they aren't on sale until the 11th September. Reckon if you were going it would be mainly for the craic and with the off chance of getting a random ticket somewhere.

Seemed to be a lot of Irish with tickets the last time all the same, they were hardly paying those kind of prices for tickets were they?!

Yeah same as myself, the tours and travel agents are a rip off, this is just a deal someone posted on bargainireland for a cheap way of booking the trip yourself

I didn't come across one genuine fan who couldn't get tickets last time.

Did they just get them online from the website once they go on-sale or some other way? Any idea what kind of prices they were selling for?

    Ticketmaster. Ranging from 200 - 1500 if I recall.

How long is a piece of string?

Get on early, be ready for any pre-sales and give yourself the best chance.

UFC Fight Club (about €75 per annum) is the best way to get seats. This is a big card and a lot of Americans and Brazilians will be snapping up tickets too.

We got the $220 tickets and the view was great. Not a bad seat in the house in the MGM Grand. However, those tickets went fairly quick so if you're planning to go over with mates, the Fight Club membership between a few of you is worth the extra money.

Vegas is pricey for tickets but it's a very good deal for hotels/flights as it's not peak season.

LVH is in a pain in the hole location. Look at it on Google Maps before you consider booking it.

Time to unfollow thread. Not a bargain.

Doesn't even exist any more so I'd be wary of any documentation stating that's where you're booked in, I think Westgate is the name of the latest incarnation. Fair wee walk to 'downtown' from there too. ;)

On the other hand, the monorail runs from the front door of the whateveritsnameisthisweek to the back of the MGM, so might be as decent a place as any for someone solely there for the fight.

Knew before I even clicked into the thread that there'd be people complaining about a travel agent deal. The flights alone for that price is a good, and if the hotel is the westgate, a fine hotel also. Seems very fair

Thats allowing that Aldo doesnt have another "rib injury" a week before the fight.
