Anyone ordere items off castelli style Ireland, been waiting over a month a nothing received yet. Website just says my order status as processing. Payment was taken out of bank. I emailed twice the support email from website and yet to get a response. Just wondering if anyone else experienced similar issue and the gear is very cheap for castelli compared to bike shops.

But it looks like a fake far east website

I'd say bye bye to what ever you paid.

Rule of thumb, if it looks too good to be true........

when you see proper B&M shops here selling Fake Castelli gear, and not hiding it as fake, and advertising as such, will give you an idea how prevalent and widespread fake castelli gear is, probably the most knocked off cycling brand. in general i'd be very wary of where you buy castelli gear, make sure you know it's legit before spending the money

The site is genuine but the gear is fake. You place your order and its shipped by slow boat from China which is why it takes over 6 weeks (and is cheap) You'll probably find the seller also sells on Ali-Express.

Tip to save a few quid on Castelli Cafe: Open an account and add items to your basket, but don't buy them. Leave it a day or two and they'll email you a voucher for 5-10% off your basket, like the Wiggle 'Was there a problem' emails when you do the same thing, but with a discount voucher attached.
