How much would I need for this.

If it were a uniform 4 inches, it would be (1/3) x 22 x 2 cu ft, so nearly 15 cf.
    1 m^3 should be enough

Averaging the depth to 3.5 inches
    Converting to mtrs you'd get
    6.7×0.6×0.088=0.354cubic mt.
A small order like that in readymix would be pricey. Small load charge plusstandard charge per mt. €60-75+ vat depending on strength. Tonne of gravel and 4-5 bags cement would get job done with a small electric or petrol mixer. Cu mt of concrete needs just over 2tonne of gravel.
