    Hi, I signed up to the plan with Nest thermostat, however, whoever came to install it assessed it not feasible due to the house having too many heating zones. Was told that Climote might be an option and someone was meant to contact us about it but never did. I did further reading on Climote and we're not interested.
    Can we just cancel the contract?

    We would need you to please confirm the following details for us:

    - Your full name
    - Your account number
    - The first line of your address
    - Your contact number or date of birth
    - Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
