    Hi all
I am an Ag science teacher and have been asked to design a module for TY Ag . Am looking for a few exciting ideas to bring Ag to life for the students and would be very grateful if you would share some pretty please!!!

Considering it's TY it might be better to do projects rather than teaching. Do you think there's any way your school get could a pet lamb or the like. I remember hearing of one TY class that rared Turkeys for Christmas, and another that kept pigs. Not always feasible I know but it would be very beneficial.

    considering the school year
take em to a sheep farm in oct/nov for mating, march for lambing and again before the holidays

It was myself and another lad fattened the turkeys for Christmas as a TY project
