    Hi just wondering if anyone could advise,

    I just finished an internship and they want me to stay on for 20 hours a month. The file i would be working on comes in once a month and i have a full month to get the work done. So they are happy for me to work anytime as i am thinking of doing my masters also.

    The problem is what way to approach this with the social welfare. I called down to them and found them not very helpful at all.

    The best solution financially for me i think is to go on x and o's. Where i work my 20 hours over two days one week a month and for the other three weeks put down as i didn't do any hours.

    The problem is i will have to travel once a week to get the manager to sign even if i am not working that week. Also i don't know if the employer will be happy doing this.

    I am new to this industry so having on my C.V. i am still working here is a big deal for me also. I am basically confused if anyone could offer some advice if they were in a similar situation before.
