Duplicated Payment

    Hi,

    Something went wrong when I was trying to make an online payment. I tried again and it now seems I made the payment twice as it shows twice on my credit card statement.

    Could you please refund me one of them?

    After nearly 3 months since I got in touch with IrishWater in this forum in order to get a refund on a double payment, and despite several more messages asking for an update on the situation, I still have not got my refund. I have however received a new bill. All I ever get from IrishWater (or their reps) is an apology, a "thank you for your patience", a "we have got in touch with the relevant department and will give you an update", but there is never one.

    Has anyone ever been successful in getting a refund from IrishWater? Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do next? I'm past frustrated at this stage.

    Contact your credit card company and request a charge back.
